The plan...
Connect the dots (people, passions, values, skills). Have conversations. Start collaborations. Discover the obvious. High five a lot. Embrace ignorance. Make sure all projects are ‘passion’ projects. Do good and be helpful. + Enjoy the fact that nothing goes exactly as planned.
